Day 1Arrival in Vienna

Arrival in Vienna: Airport transfer, hotel check-in and leisure time. If time permits, visit Stephansplatz and the old town. Overnight Vienna.

Day 2Vienna Imperial Heritage

Vienna Imperial Heritage: Visit the Ringstrasse landmarks, Hofburg Palace area and St. Stephen's Cathedral. Explore the pedestrian streets and cafés in the historic centre. Optional concert in the evening. Overnight Vienna.

Day 3Schönbrunn and Belvedere

Schönbrunn and Belvedere: Visit Schönbrunn Palace and its gardens in the morning. After lunch at own expense, explore the Belvedere Palace area and its art collection if entry is included. Overnight Vienna.

Day 4Vienna to Salzburg

Vienna to Salzburg: Breakfast and check-out, then take a pre-booked train to Salzburg. Check in and explore Mirabell Gardens, the Salzach River area and Salzburg's historic old town. Overnight Salzburg.

Day 5Salzburg City Tour

Salzburg City Tour: Visit Mozart's birthplace area in Getreidegasse,. Salzburg Cathedral and the historic squares. Proceed to Hohensalzburg Fortress for panoramic views, subject to access and ticket availability. Optional Sound of Music-themed tour at extra cost. Overnight Salzburg.

Day 6Departure

Departure: Breakfast, check-out and transfer to Salzburg Airport. If departing from Vienna, arrange and quote the additional train or road transfer separately.
