Drive to Kandy with a stop at the Pinnawala elephant orphanage, then see a cultural dance show.

Visit the Temple of the Tooth, the botanical gardens and a gem or spice garden.

Day 4Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

Travel into the hill country by road or the scenic Kandy railway, passing tea estates and waterfalls.

Day 5Nuwara Eliya

Visit a tea factory, Gregory Lake and the town's colonial-era streets.

Day 6Departure

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
