Day 1Arrival and transfer

Arrive in Cairo and transfer to your hotel. Check in, settle in and enjoy a relaxed first evening.

Day 2Giza and Cairo

Visit the Pyramids and the Sphinx, then the Egyptian Museum.

Day 3Fly to Luxor

Fly to Luxor and visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, ideally at sunset.

Day 4West Bank of Luxor

Visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's Temple and the Colossi of Memnon.

Day 5Luxor to Aswan

Travel to Aswan, stopping at Edfu and Kom Ombo temples along the way.

Day 6Aswan

See the Philae Temple, the High Dam and take a felucca ride on the Nile.

Day 7Abu Simbel (optional)

An early morning drive to the temples of Abu Simbel, if you choose to add it.

Day 8Departure

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
