After breakfast, proceed on a Half day Heritage Village & City tour. Learn about Malaysia’s ethnic diversity, easily visible in the myriad of architectural styles depicted in the homes of the North Borneo area. Watch the locals go about their daily lives, noticing the colorful costumes that are typical of the region. Next, drive by major sights including the City Mosque, the white sands of Aru Beach and the sky-high Tun Mustapha Tower on your way to a handicraft market. Once you arrive, explore the patterned rugs, blankets and textiles woven on traditional looms. Enjoy a final stop at a water village in Kota Kinabalu, soaking up the atmosphere and taking in the historical sights before travelling back to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to enjoy the beach and facilities at your resort or hotel. Overnight at the hotel (B)
